How we got started
The owner started Everett Porta Pros after years working construction in the Pacific Northwest and watching crews waste time hunting for sanitation rentals that actually showed up on schedule. He bought a fleet and committed to same-day delivery where possible. Today we maintain over 200 units across Everett and run a septic pumping truck that handles everything from residential tanks to commercial grease traps. Portable restroom rental isn't complicated if someone answers the phone and delivers what they promise.
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. Most of our rentals serve construction sites where OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets the count: one toilet for 20 workers or fewer, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers from 20 up to 200, and one toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. We've sized dozens of job sites in Everett and nearby towns like Marysville 11.9 miles north and Lake Stevens 6.3 miles northeast.

What we rent and how we price it
Our core service is porta potty rental in Everett. A standard porta potty costs between 100 and 350 dollars per day, 130 to 500 dollars per week, and 125 to 325 dollars per month, depending on the rental length and delivery distance. We also offer deluxe flushable units with running water and ADA accessible toilets that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least 5 percent of single-user units in a cluster to be accessible, never fewer than one. Restroom trailers run higher but serve events that need multiple stalls and a finished appearance. Delivery fees range from 50 to 150 dollars per week. Service calls cost 30 to 220 dollars per week depending on traffic and distance.
Septic pumping is the second pillar of the business. Most residential septic tanks are pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. We pump grease traps when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Roll-off dumpsters start at 51 to 112 dollars per day and scale up by week and month. Storage containers rent for 100 to 250 dollars per month. Temporary fencing and handwashing stations complete the lineup for job sites and outdoor events in Everett.

Why contractors call us back
Everett Porta Pros answers the phone during business hours. We deliver to Everett job sites within 24 hours most of the time. Our trucks are clean and our drivers know the roads. We service units weekly under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline interval, or more often if you need it. We've never left a site without a working toilet because we didn't feel like showing up. That reputation matters on a construction schedule. Call for a quote or book online. We service Lynnwood 17.3 miles southwest and Monroe 15.9 miles southeast too.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can you deliver in Everett?
Same day is our target for standard units ordered before 2 p.m. Emergency rentals and restroom trailers may need a day to arrange. Weekend deliveries cost more and run on request. Call us with your exact address and we'll give you a real date.
Do you service what you deliver?
Yes. Weekly service is included in our weekly and monthly rates. Daily rentals get one pump-out. If you need extra visits, we add them at our service call rate. A residential septic tank visit runs 50 to 300 dollars depending on distance and tank size.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe?
Deluxe units have a flushing toilet, running water, and a mirror. They cost more but feel less like camping. Standard units are basic, chemical-treated, and reliable. Pick deluxe for events where appearance matters. Pick standard for construction.
Can you deliver to a residential driveway?
Yes, if you have about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for the roll-off. Tight driveways require a smaller unit or hand carry. Call before you order so we confirm the space.
Do you rent outside Everett?
Yes. We serve Marysville, Monroe, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Shoreline and Snohomish County. Check our service areas or call for your town. Longer distances add to delivery fees.
